Domain names are non-refundable. Please make sure to double-check all spellings of domains prior to ordering. 
Due to domain tasting HostKitty Internet Services is not able to refund domain name purchases.

Dedicated servers are refundable only if provided DOA or outside of the configuration ordered. HostKitty Internet 
Services asks that all dedicated server orders contact us in the event a server is (dead on arrival, never worked, or 
has failed). If we have provided a server that does not meet or exceed your requirements you have the right to a 
refund.

VPS Servers are refundable only if provided DOA or outside of the configuration ordered. HostKitty Internet
Services asks that all dedicated server orders contact us in the event a server is (dead on arrival, never worked, or
has failed). If we have provided a server that does not meet or exceed your requirements you have the right to a
refund.

All other HostKitty Internet Services products and servics may be returned within the first inital 30 days for a 
complete refund. HostKitty Internet Services reserves the right to also honor refunds for Domain Names, Dedicated 
Servers, and VPS Servers with management approval.
